Once you have selected the items you wish to order from our menu, you will be prompted to register with Kafila takeaway in order to complete your order. Once registered you can simply sign in at any time and order as normal.
You can pay via our secure online PayPal payment system or by cash on delivery. We currently do not accept cheques.
We always aim to deliver food within 45 minutes but can take longer during peak periods and traffic congestion.
Once you have completed your order, a successful order notification will be displayed on your screen. You will also be sent a confirmation email to your registered email address.
Yes you can, you will need to contact us directly on 01908 645097 as soon as possible with the alterations to your order. Please note: any difference in cost must be paid by cash on delivery. Refunds for the difference in price of item/s from Kafila takeaway will be made by the same process.
You must contact us within 10 minutes of placing your order to cancel, or a 30% compensation cost of total order may be charged.
Yes you can. If you are not at home and wish to have us deliver to a different address, please specify in the additional information space provided when ordering.
Our resourceful online ordering system allows you to view your previous 5 orders from us and re-order the same meal by the click of a button.
